Eneco is everything else, just not a serious company! They have not been able to answer my questions for almost 3 months.
Since January of this year, I have been solving a problem with the company on behalf of my father, or his company.
At the beginning of January 2021, I received an e-mail in which I was to send you the status of the electricity meters. I was surprised because the contract from January 2019 was terminated in August 2020. Nowhere in the said contract is it stated that my father will be their customer from January 2021. I learned only after a few phone calls to customer service when the contract was sent to me in 2019, in which it was stated that such ation took place via SMS. This situation was strange from the beginning, so I contacted a lawyer who, after explaining the problem, told me that the whole thing was strange.
The next thing is – signing a contract 2 years in advance? With the fixed energy rate of 2019 for 2021, especially now that energy prices have fallen? Why wasn’t I or my father informed of anything like this in advance? By email or letter?
Subsequently, customer service found that my father’s company no longer existed. It was not until my announcement that the company continued to operate, the rhetoric of the service changed, informing me that he had to pay a fine for canceling the contract and pay monthly installments for energy and gas as well. Really? My father pays monthly the energy of the company he has chosen, which continues to be his supplier. How is it possible that a contract with an SMS ation was found after 2 years?
Another thing that surprised me – the only willing employee told me that my father’s contract in 2019 was suspended and then renewed. How is it possible? Payments from his account were regularly withdrawn, and again no one told us about it. In conclusion, I note that the annual settlement for 2019 came 10 months later than it should have. Even after sending a complaint to their email, no one contacted me, instead, my father received invoices to pay. On Saturday a week ago, they called me from Eneco that why the invoice was not paid, I informed them again about the situation and again no one answered me. I expected serious behavior from a serious company but I was very wrong. No one contacted me about solving the problem, but to pay the money, yes.
My father did not choose their services for 2021 and I am extremely disgusted with the behavior of this company towards clients.

Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to find someone who can help me, cancel the invoices issued and the penalty for canceling the contract and solve this situation, or let the company to which my father paid is approached and not demand further payment!
It cost me 2 months of headaches and regular annoyance and endless phone calls.
