Mijn Klacht:
On the 29th of May 2015. Two sales men from Eneco came to my door attempting to get me to become a client at eneco. One of them then proceeded to ask me how much was I paying monthly with my then company. I told him how much it was (€65p.m.). He then proceeded with his sales pitch asking me how I would like to pay €55 p.m. if I stepped over to Eneco and that all costs for switching to Eneco woulf be covered and that I would be compensated for any boetes dye ti switching. With that being said, I agreed to switch over to Eneco solely because of the “deal” which the sales person offered to me. I went on vacation for two months and came back to NL in September. When I opened my email, I saw that I owed Eneco over €200 euros and that they had my email address wrong(reason why I did not know how much I owed). I proceeded to pay the amount but then another bill came which was highly over(more than two times over) the amount which I initially agreed upon. I called the klantenservice on October 21st attempting to get some insight on the reason for the bill being sky high and he informed me that it was because of the lack of payment and that the €263 which I paid was only a partial amount of which I owed to them. I asked him how much more I had to pay and he gave me another amount for over yet another €200. In that same phone call, i explained to him that I only agreed to pay 55 per month based on the deal from the sales person. A few days ago, I received an automatic phone call from “Emma” from Eneco stating that i owed€323 to Eneco. At this time, shocked, I made it my business to call Eneco and find out why my bills were so high and I only agreed on €55p.m. I called customer service and explained them what my problems were and the kept giving me different numbers to call. The guy I spoke to yesterday must have gotten annoyed and said goodbye “miss annoying” if i heard that correctly. I called again today attempting to resolve the problem and this time they kept giving me the run arounds. One of the ladies explained to me that they do not have the amount of €55 on record. Only €122 and that the amount the sales person gave to me was just a figure which he “threw out there” and that Eneco set the amount of €122 based on the information from the neighborhood and house I was living in. Now, I was NEVER aware of this? How can you make decisions on my pockets without my consent? And why would you send a sales rep into a neighborhood offering “deals” which Eneco itself can not live up to? A lady also told me that the €122p.m. is good because of €55 would be too low and that I would have to pay more at the end of the year. Again, do you hold my pockets to see what I can or can not afford per month?? Do you make decisions for me without my consent? I also asked almost everyone which I spoke to at Eneco for a copy of my call transcripts which they refused to give to me. I do believe that I am indeed entitled to see a copy of my own recorded transcripts. How can Eneco do this? Why have your sales reps giving false information and making false deals with people only to trap them into switching to Eneco. Now I have bills at Eneco which I never even knew about. I couldhave stayed at my previous provider as the only reason I switched to Eneco was solely because of the deal which the sales rep offered to me on May 29th 2015. No on at Eneco wants to help me and acknowledge their wrong on behalf of their staff. I was being overcharged for months without a clue. I want a copy of all my conversations and telephone transcripts with Eneco. I want this issue resolved for I never agreed to pay the amounts which I am being billed for!
