Mijn Klacht:

Customer service is really bad. They sent too much finalnota.AND They dont reply to the emails and they just transfer the call one another.
And no solution in the end. They just force you to pay the incorrect nota because you ended contract with them

Gewenste Oplossing:

Adjust final nota and extra cost

Dear Madam, Mr Ankita,

I understand that the telephone conversation with customer service was not to your satisfaction. For this I offer you our apologies. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We take these kinds of reports very seriously. We will therefore certainly use your response to improve the quality of our services.

You indicate that you have received a final settlement that is not correct.
I would like to help you with this. To do research I need your customer number. Would you like to state the customer number in the additional information? This keeps it private and not public.

After receiving your customer number, I will investigate for you what happened and how we are going to solve this.

I assume I have given you enough information and await your response.
