Hi Eneco,
I have ‘Thoon’ contract since this January for 4 years. The installation is not made yet, but I just heard the different story about the contract from Eneco: that when I leave this country, I “MUST” pay the fine to terminate the contract!
This is TOTALLY different story than what I heard from people I made a contract with. I didn’t know if my visa will be extended then so that’s why I checked with them. I strongly disagree that I have to pay the fine.
I wouldn’t agree upon the contract if they told me the RIGHT information then. I believe that you will loose many customers in the future if you continuously give false information to customers, like they did to me.
Gewenste Oplossing:
If that is true about the fine, I even want to terminate the Thoon contract. Because the information I got from them is not correct with the actual conditions. I haven't seen &heard from the contract that in such circumstances I must pay the fine! How can the contract have an effect if the condition turned out different than what I knew?
Hope I get a better proposal from you, because what I heard from call today(service call) with long and fierce discussion, is that I have to make another argument with other person in July. I don't want things to be too complicated before I leave the country.
