Mijn Klacht:
After paying 11,95€ /month over 2020 and 2021 with a total more than 150€ for the KettleComfort package (including 1 kettle maintenance every two years), Eneco has not provided neither the service of revising our CV ketel nor the solution to fix the defect in our CV ketel that fails to deliver warm water.
The revision of the CV ketel should have happened in January 2021 (being the last one in January 2019). After many calls and emails Eneco has not given us a service date. In January, Eneco has broken our contract unilaterally reasoning that it was a mistake. When calling back they say our inspection is programmed by 2022 because now according to them, our contract started in January 2021.
Given the unsafe situation generated, the customer has decided to replace the CV Ketel and break the contract with Eneco.
Gewenste Oplossing:
At this point, the customer asks for the full reimbursement of the payments over 2020 and 2021 since no service has been provided by Eneco. The maintenance service that should have taken place in January 2021 never did.
