My first set of problems:
I tried sending my meterstanden online but have encountered an endless litany of problems:

– The meter being LCD and in the closet is impossible to read. I have to set up a lighting system just to see anything – badly designed

I am instructed to go to menu 1 (lower left corner) but there I see nothing but zeros (see attached picture) All other numbers also give zeros (except 2 – see next point)
I then go to stand 2 and it gives me some numbers (without any references so I have no idea what they mean! – see 2nd attachment) but when I try to put them in on the web page it says that the number is irregularly high and so not wanting to do anything incorrect, I try calling your office.
– First time I call (after going through far too many menus and input info) I am put on hold for 40 minutes but decide to wait anyway. After a few minutes I get an endless loop of:
En oogenblik gedulde aub, uw word so spoedig mogen geholpen…….
– It is incessant and there is no way I am going to listen to this hell for 40 minutes
– I call back and after going through the same thing I get the same result
– I call a 3rd time to the same effect.
– I decide to try chat – I only get sent the number which isnt working – no response from a human being and no way to get a real person to talk with.
– I look for an email address online but it isnt listed under contact or anywhere else I can easily find
– I look for other numbers online – dial them and get caught in exactly the same loop
– I finally reach a corporate number and a person only to be disconnected before the conversation ends
– I call that number back speak to a different person and am told to send an email and they give me an email address to contact
– I send this email including all photos of electro and gas meters but dont get any ation that the problem is sorted
My second and following set of problems:
I have tried to contact eneco again using chat 5 times but cnat get anyone there to help or connect me to someone who can help
I have also sent many compaints to eneco without any response – they could care less
It is ridiculous how bad this company is – will definitely be changing my provider once I can get the meter reading problem fixed because now they are trying to charge me an extra 2500 euros
