My flight is currently on the 13th of December and due to covid the course I have to follow on Curaçao will not be given anymore. This is the reason I am trying to rebook my flight.
Now, after three weeks of trying to rebook, this is still not possible and I only have three days left before I have to depart( with the current flight).
I have been trying to rebook my flight for three weeks now and none of your co-workers are properly helping me do this.
Its always the fare price is not available at the moment. However, KLM informed me that this is not true since they make their fare prices known to all the agencies that are working with them.
Your co-workers also keep telling me that my flight is not refundable or that I cannot get a voucher for this flight due to KLM policy.
Again, I have contacted KLM and they ALWAYS give vouchers, especially due to covid circumstances.
I do not understand why your co-workers are so misinformed or are even lying.
Another example of this dishonest behaviour is regarding an email that I got, saying that an agent is trying to contact me. On that day, I was just at home with my phone in my hand the whole time. I have not received any missed calls or messages. The email said that they will contact me again in two hours, which also never happened.
