I went to Stockholm on Thursday, September 7 with Norwegian Air Line and returned on Sunday, September 10. With reservation number 12527167946 through edreams. I was allowed to carry a small cabin size bag with me. The trip from Amsterdam to Stockholm was smooth. At Arlanda Airport, while I was standing in line to go through the gate and board the plane, one of the gate staff approached me and asked me to go with him without asking my name. He took my bag and said you didn’t pay to bring this bag into the plane. I showed my ticket which said I could carry one size cabin bag. I also said that I came from Amsterdam to Stockholm with the same bag and there was no problem. I also showed him the bags of several other passengers and said that they also carry such bags. But he did not listen and insisted that I should pay. Because there was not much time left, I had to pay the amount of 395 kroner. But the problem did not end here. He insisted that I was not allowed to take the bag on the plane with me. He did not accept whatever I insisted. I am suing Norwegian Airlines and your employee for the following:
1- I was pulled out of the queue by your employee among so many passengers in a suspicious way that is incomprehensible to me.
2- According to the ticket regulations, I was allowed to carry a cabin-sized bag and I had not done anything wrong.
3- I had arranged to go to the rental car that was waiting for me outside the airport after getting off the plane. Unfortunately, I lost that rental car because I had to wait for a long time to receive the bag.
4- After getting off the plane, because my bag was lost, I waited for an hour and a half to receive my bag.
5- I have a complaint about Norwegian Airlines and that rude, rude and maybe fascist employee.
6- The amount I paid unjustly for the bag, as well as the amount of 150 euros that I lost due to the loss of the rental car, must be returned to me.
I have never faced such a problem in 33 years and thousands of trips with different airlines, and what happened to me with your company is amazing to me, and I will share this story with other travelers in any way.
