I book a multi routes flight from Surabaya to Amsterdam with SQ and SWISS via eDreams a year ago. After the corona situation, our flight has to get canceled because of travel restriction, and one of the flights itself gets canceled. However, from the first start, there is no clear communication about the cancellation, we need to find out everything by ourselves. The request for a refund is also very complicated and their customer service is very long. It has been 4 months since I requested cancellation and to this day it still says ‘requested in the process. No communication whatsoever!!!!
