Mijn Klacht:
Booking 8637057457 was orignally made for the period 18th of June – 22th of June. In february i reached out to eDreams to change the period to the 4th of July – 8th of July. eDreams then told me that:
– I had to change the filghts myself (directly with the airlines) which i did, the flights were succesfully changed to these dates.
– eDreams would change the hotel (since it is not possible for me to do this since i didn’t book it myself).
I spoke to (a lot of!) different collegues and at last a eDreams employee had told me that the dates were changed to the nights 4th of July- 8th of July (this was in February). Note that due to the fact that eDreams made the booking, i was able to arrange anything at all (with the hotel).
Ultimately this happened: when checking with the hotel i just found out nothing was changed at all en the hotel noted a ‘no show’ without any further comment
Because eDreams dit not:
– Arrange for the change ;
– Did not communicate
– Did not warn on the 18th’;
– Come op with another solution ;
Gewenste Oplossing:
Refund van het bedrag van de boeking van het hotel, aangezien ik die nu (dubbel) heb moeten betalen omdat ik anders ook het geld van de vlucht kwijt was
