Margootje heeft een klacht ingediend over de terugbetaling van een geannuleerde vlucht met Flybe. Volgens Flybe is de refund gedaan naar een Mastercard-nummer van eDreams, terwijl Margootje met een ING-betaalrekening heeft betaald en geen geld heeft ontvangen van zowel Flybe als eDreams.

Mijn Klacht:

Mijn vlucht van Flybe op 1612 werd geannuleerd. Ik moest een dag later terug.
Van Flybe begrijp ik dat zij de refund hebben overgemaakt naar een mastercard nummer dat eindigt op 1673. Dit is een master card nummer van edreams. Ik heb nooit betaald met mijn master card maar met mijn gewone ING betaalrekening.
Er is geen geld aan mij overgemaakt noch door Flybe, noch door Edreams. Booking reference: C6DDFV.

You will be travelling on an e-ticket (electronic ticket). We highly recommend you check-in online; if you do so, you must print your boarding pass and bring it with you to the airport.

No refunds shall be granted for late check-in or failure to present at the gate in time for boarding.

Thank you for contacting Flybe regarding your refund that we have processed for your disrupted flight BE109 departing from Birmingham to Amsterdam. I would like to take this opportunity to offer my personal apologies for the disruption that you faced.

After a full investigation, I can that we have successfully processed a refund of £53.99 to the card used to make the original booking. As seen below, this was processed to the card ending in 1673 on the 22nd December 2018.

As ed below from our booking system, this is the card used to make the original booking and you are listed as the card holder to this account.
