i bougth 2 tickets including hotel on e dreams , but i cansel them one week befor the fligth because lisabon whase not safe to travel covid 19 the agency dident cansel the hotel , on time now they want to charge me for the cansel of the hotel,ofcourse i dont agree because i cal the 2 time in the same week to cansel everiting,, i cal the hotel mi salf in lisabon 3days befor to cansel the hotel told me that only the e dreams could cansel the hotel
Gewenste Oplossing:
i am not satisfaid with the way they ar dealing with this situations
