Donderdag 11 december 2014Geachte heer, mevrouw,Ik wil best $12.63 betalen, maar u biedt mij NIET de mogelijkheid. Aangezien ik niet over een creditcard beschik!Maar ik kreeg wel van u het advies om viawww.ebay.com, mijn spullen aan te bieden! Viawww.ebay.nl ging dit niet.Zeer onklantvriendelijk !Uw klantenservice is beneden alle peil! Op www.ebay.com en www.ebay.nl staat nergens duidelijk, een mailadres of telefoonnummer. Ik heb nu zelf maar een paar, zelf bedachte mailadressen van Ebay ingevoerd. Om maar iemand te kunnen bereiken!Verder kreeg ik van u, 2 mailtjes dat mijn account gehackt zou zijn: goofy2014formIk ga deze klacht bij verschillende consumentenbelangenorganisaties neer leggen!Groet,Oscar

Als deze factuur word doorgehaald.. Ik ben nu nog heel erg boos op ebay. Ze geven echt misleidende (non)-informatie !
