Mijn Klacht:

Since 18th October without any reason Ebay informed me via “standard” mail that my user account is blocked and I am indefinitely removed from Ebay buyer protection program. Despite my 2 calls and spending almost an hour on the phone – I have not received any explanation (mail or other)!

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like Ebay to fully reinstate my user account.
