Mijn Klacht:
my title basically says it all, the customer service is terrible, they dont answer fast at all. you have to wait more then months to get a reply sometimes. when they do reply then dont help you at all. you also get banned for no reason, wich happened in my case. i havent played in weeks/months on apex legends and when i was coming back poof my account got banned for nothing?
Gewenste Oplossing:
i'm only satisfied when my account will be unbanned since ive done nothing to deserve a ban
