30 years of valuable data lost!!! Blocked account
After many years of using Dropbox for all my videos, photos and documents with a 3tb account all of a sudden dropbox decide to block my account last week. 30 years of hard word on digitalizing my valuable photos and videos I can not reach my own data anymore. I cleaned my external backup last week to make a new update so all my data is lost now. After several really customer unfriendly emails of their “Customer service” they stated that it was related to have chil pron on my account! Unbelievable I have never seen any picture of video related to this. I asked for more information but they stated they could not inform me in detail as well. On requests regarding giving back my data I don’t receive any answers anymore just like on my request to open my account again. I also used the dropbox forum for blocked acounts, unbelievable but true but after some first reactiona of other users today I am not anle to even approach the forum not through my mobile or my laptop, only true my business laptop in can reach the forum but my post has been deleted! This is really absurd, I am accused of something which is completely wrong and there is no option to contact someone even stronger they are blocking me from the forum and stopped responding to my emails. It feels like I am in the middle of a
Movie unfortunately this is not the case. Any help would be highly appreciated as al my valuable memories are in the hands of this monster.
