Mijn Klacht:
After change of address 8 months ago DPG Media has not managed to get my address correctly on the envelope of my Libelle magazine.
In our company I have worked with customers with foreign addresses before and it is a matter of manually entering the correct address, apparently DPG Magazines customer service doesn’t know how to do this. I am sure I am not the only global subscriber.
I only missed 2 magazines in the years that Sanoma took care of sending the magazine, but at present I am missing 10 on account of incorrect address.
Gewenste Oplossing:
A correct address on the envelope, which should be a normal procedure in the year 2021.
