I received a package today, Friday 29.05.2020
(17:00 hrs) with delivery to door. DPD guy was so rude and impolite and he screamed at me that he has 200 more deliveries to do and I am not the only one and I should come downstairs (I live at 3rd floor) to pick it up (although the package was paid for door delivery).
He used very aggressive words and very aggressive body language with threats like next time, you will see cause I know now where you leave. Just because he had to his job: deliver the package to the door!
I was really scared, did not say anything except for sorry and thank you!.
Gewenste Oplossing:
1. Could you please make sure he does not do same thing to others. 2. Would really like to have a follow up on how was this guy disciplined cause he is not doing his job the way he should!
