I did sent to dpd klanten service many messages, Noone reacted, no respond, no phone call, nothing. No reaction.
I send a package to Poland and today just got it back to the Netherlands. Why you didn’t call me when the problem with delivery appears?
Why you didn’t send an email.
It was a very necessary for me.
Cannot reach you by messenger and email.
For dpd it’s easier to send a package back through all Europe than to reply on email.
