My package number is 05328012327896
I was waiting for my package when i saw that the online status said Consignee address not correct I immediately called DPD on Sep 13 (Friday) and the man they i spoke to told me that the address is correct and it will be fixed and to wait for a dpd email with updated details on Monday. I waited till tuesday and received no information. I called DPD again on Tuesday (Sept 17). I spoke to a lady and she told me that the package will be delivered on the following day, Wednesday and she assured me that there was no issue. On wednesday, I checked the status once again and it said that the package is being returned to the sender. I called DPD ONCE AGAIN (please note that it takes 50 cents per minute to call DPD) and I was told that the package was being sent back and there was absolutely NOTHING I could do about it. And that I have to call the sender for anything else. I even suggested that I can pick up the package from the warehouse as I just wanted my package at this point. I don’t understand how this couldve happened at all. After me calling 3 times, I brought notice to the issue and the team at DPD has failed every time to do something about this. They couldve told me the first time that they don’t want to do anything but instead decided to waste 1 week in telling me that they cant do anything.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my package I am willing to drive anywhere in the Netherlands to pick it up. I don't expect anything from DPD except that they stop holding my package hostage and give it to me.
