Hello, I have been expecting an international package which was handed over from DpD in UK to DpD Nederlands B.V. As the last updated status was on february 17th in the track and trace and I did not receive the package still on the 23rd February, I called the local DpD service when I was told that my package would be delivered. However, on the night of 23rd February, the status in track and trace was updated to parcel sent back to UK/ London?? I did not understand how this could have happened and why no delivery was attempted. When I call DpD Nederland BV, they are pointing fingers at the sender in UK/ London. However, DpD in London processed the package – so, why as a customer should I be concerned about the internal processes at DpD? My goal is to receive my package. And the question is 1, why did they send back my package without delivering it. 2, Why do I have to follow up and chase DpD internally? We called DpD a hundred times, we raised a complaint using the contact form, but no response from DpD. At a point, they even started being ruder when we tried to track our parcel via the customer service. My goal like I said is to receive my package. Could someone please help?

I need my package to be delivered to me in the Netherlands asap.
