Mijn Klacht:
Once again, parcel left at doorstep and signed as delivered when I was not home. A few months ago they lost me one in such way. Today, I find the parcel laying there broken, battered, and in a strike of luck with the ordered items inside. Shame on this service. Had exactly the same issues with DHL. What’s wrong with these people.
Gewenste Oplossing:
How difficult is it to drop something at the neighbours or take it back to the distribution or pick-up centre and leave a note to the receiver?
