Mijn Klacht:
Received my order in the weekend, checked inside realised it wasn’t my order. The order number and items didn’t match. I have sent an email to their customer service. No reply yet (been 4 days) and I think I understand why. Reading all the new complaints and seeing how even for some the phone lines are jammed up, I understand.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to know what I must do next (do I send the wrong order back? Keep it?) How can I get the items I actually paid for?
I would be satisfied with getting my actual order
