I am recently here in the Netherlands and have a lot of payment to make. So I wanted to sell something and thought to buy perfume and sell it in 10 and 15 mL for the people who can’t buy a whole bottle. My nephew ordered the perfumes from douglas for me. He picked them up June 30th. When he picked them up he saw that the top was completely wet, he first thought it was rain and therefore wet but when he smelled it he smelled a lot of perfume. He called me right away and said what was going on i told him when you get home film it while you open it. He opened it and everything was wet, after he took the bottles out of the box they were not full, not even 1 was completely full. We think they collided with something and that caused all of them to leak. I sent an email and they asked for additional pictures of the bottles of how full they were.I sent that and still it is not enough for a solution. they then asked to send the products to them but I already threw them away because the whole house smelled like perfume and gave us headaches all the time and couldn’t sleep anymore.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I am happy if I get my money back, have the products re-sent or if they pay my payments because this will only waste more time and I might be fined for not paying on time. And if i can’t pay my payments of douglas then i will go to Disputes Committee or judge.
