Mijn Klacht:

Good morning,
I am very unhappy about the online service of Douglas.
On 30th of July I ordered and paid a product worth 96,90 EUR.
The product did not get delivered to my address and after complaining to the Medewerkcenter a lady called Mandy promised to send out the product again and that it will arrive the next day. Nothing happened again and I had to get in contact with Mandy again. I asked her to check and she explained that there was a problem with DHL. But whatever the reason for this delivery problems are, this is truly NOT my problem as a client and after being very patiently waiting for the delivery now for 2 WEEKS I asked her to send it again with a different service (i.e. UPS etc.). She refused to do that so I asked her to refund the money to my account immediately. She then just answered that she will refund the money, but this can take 3 to 10 working days. I am not at all happy and this is ridicules service! I was waiting for more then 2 weeks after paying for a product I never received and then should wait another up to 10 working days to get my money back? I wrote back that I am not accepting this as the least she should do for her client is to pay the money back immediately. But I got totally ignored. No more communication and so far no money and no delivery.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Could you please take my complaint seriously and make sure Douglas treats their clients appropriate? Thank you.
