Mijn Klacht:
Im about done with the mistreatment of customer support agents from Douglas.nl. Im disabled and its hard for me to text but its been 15 days since Ive been constantly responding to Charlotte from Douglas who doesnt seem to understand how to file a refund. I returned a box, sent proof of return, and they claim they lost the box. It isnt my problem if DHL lost the box, its on them. Im owed 200 euros and every day she replies asking for information I already shared. Im sure this is a stalling technique so you give up on your refund but now Im pissed. I have asked her to stop requesting the same information I have shared already and shes giving me attitude. Zero respect for people with disabilities. I have a major arthritis flair up from the stress of dealing with her and I even mentioned it and absolutely did not give a F. Im reporting her everywhere.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my refund and an apology.
