Mijn Klacht:

In February I was registered with the Huurprofile.nl agency, along with that I had to pay for a STICHTING FOUNDATION DOC foundation, actually I had no choice. I paid 2 months to this foundation for withdrawing money from my account. Starting in March we blocked the payment to this foundation, but it came back every month with an increasing amount, but I blocked the payment again to this foundation. I mention that they are not registered anymore on the Huurprofile.nl site. I want to stop these withdrawals from the final account by STICHTING FOUNDATION DOC.

Geboden Oplossing:

Docdata Payments handelt het betalingsverkeer af voor een groot aantal webwinkels. Na het afhandelen van de betaling laten wij de webwinkel weten dat er betaald is en storten wij het geld op de bankrekening van de webwinkel. Wij leveren zelf de bestelde producten of diensten niet uit.

Wij hebben de contactgegevens van de desbetreffende webshop naar de klant gestuurd zodat de machtiging bij hen opgezegd kan worden.
