Mijn Klacht:
When we recieved and powered on the beamer it had a mini explosion. And we had a power outage. They sent us a DEFECTIVE BEAMER!!!. They also sent us a 2016 old model. They are not responding to my messages about returning the beamer and getting a full refund! That’s really not fair, because we paid 800 EU for it, and it’s there fault! There the ones that sent us a defective beamer! And not responding to my full refund request.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I return the defective beamer back to them and will get a full refund.
