Hello.
I received my new Clarks NATURE THREE shoes. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the unboxing process. It was obvious that the shoes were used either as a show model or as a trial item! I understand that the shoes were 50% discount off the original price, i.e.,  €130 euros. However, if compared to the photo displayed on your website, one will clearly notice how the Clarks’ fabric-sealed pack should look like. Moreover, the packaging paper was noticeably crumpled as if it was rolled around the shoes several times in several occasions !!! (please see attached photos below and PDF file).
I was looking forward to enjoying the pleasant, sweet fragrance of the brand-new Clarks shoes when I open the box for the first time. Also, enjoy the perfect outlook of how the package is wrapped. The first Clarks shoes I bought, were in 1970 when I was living in London. Since then, I was shuttling between the USA, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Clarks shoes, to me personally, is a masterpiece, an example of elegance, perfection, and durability. As a scientist by profession, I am creative and accurate, and always try to seek innovation, precision, and perfection. That explains why Clarks is still my favorite choice for footwear.
If the discount on my shoes was made according to that condition (used, tried, etc.), please allow me to choose another model, or replace the one you sent me, for the same price but totally brand-new and Clarks’ fabric sealed. I am also open to any other option you may suggest. Thanks for your time and trouble.

If the discount on my shoes was made according to that condition (used, tried, etc.), please allow me to choose another model, or replace the one you sent me, for the same price but totally brand-new and Clarks' fabric sealed. I am also open to any other option you may suggest. Thanks for your time and trouble.
