Hello good morning , I bought this jacket City baseball jacket blue for 219,95€ at westfield mall black bananas store . I used it one time for some hours after 2 weeks and after some hours my leather arms started getting blue ( the blue colour of the jacket ) so I dont think its normal for a 220€ jacket so I went back to the store and I ask for the money back or to change for something else but the worker there told me that I couldn’t get the money back or change for something else , the only thing he could do was give me another new same jacket so I accepted it but I asked if would happens the same getting the leather arms blue again and he promised me not going to happe but unfortunely it just happened again yesterday after a couple of hours of use . So I want your help and I want my money back for the jacket or a 220€ voucher to spend at your stores . I dont want the jacket anymore because it will happen the same again… this is the second jacket it still happening the same so I dont want it anymore . Im waiting for an answer please . My other problem is that I dont have the receipt anymore but the workers at yours store told me that is not a problem because I have the proof of the payment at my bank account and also the transaction and they could find the bon at the store. Gewenste Oplossing:
Geld terug or 220€ voucher to spend on blackbananas . Or change the jacket with another things from the shop .
