Mijn Klacht:
I have a booking for the 29th of May and sadly due to the restrictions with Covid we can not come. I was told previously i could either get a 70% refund or if i called back this week possibly a 100% refund. When I called today i was told it would be on a voucher……. I’ve already had a voucher as this is a replacement holiday already. I really dont need another voucher, i need to be able to afford to take my children on holiday in the UK this year please help!!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied when all the money I paid is refunded on to the card I originally paid on. also please confirn that 1212.80 eoros is going back on my card on 07-08-2021 from the original voucher
