Mijn Klacht:
First of all we booked VIP cottage by het Heijderbos and expected at least minimum of hygienic. Floor was sticky. Plates were dirty. Toilet smelled badly and was dirty. Coffee machine did not work same as fridge. They really call this crap VIP? This is so wrong. Going further, second, price for Kids haven, Kids Safary on the website stays 6,75 euro per 30 minutes but when you actually book it you MUST PAY 13,5 euro per 30 minutes. So cheating! They have nothing else for kids available and those two activities they only have, price raised insanely! They are reaping people apart. Nothing almost available in the park. Also we ordered BBQ and some products came out of date. Aqua Mundo we only could go 4 days for 2 hrs even though that we booked 7 days! We were never informed prior our arrival about rules, activities or anything else. So irresponsible and big cheaters! Not saying what is available and what is not, even when we called them twice, is this honest? Never ever again will go by center parc and will inform people on every social media: facebook, twitter, klacht.nl, trustpilot, instagram and all the other I could ever find. Cheating on people and not compensating for it. Raising price for activities without informing us, is this honest? We had to receive voucher for activities that were not possible to attend and of course nothing is received or compensated. Karin from klachafdeling is so horrible person and big cheater! I do not advice you to go here. They put reclaim that you can book from May vernieuwd VIP cottage but it is lie.
