Mijn Klacht:
I recently booked a week at centre parcs only find the prices had been reduced. I read that I could cancel any time so thought I would take advantage of this and get the reduced price only to be told it would cost over €200 to cancel I was unable to find anything on the website about charges to cancel. I am taking a child under 13 and was not given the supposed discount for this at booking. It also took me over half an hour to even get through. Not very happy with this as it seems that there is a lot of hidden details on the website.
Gewenste Oplossing:
To be able to receive the new reduced price please.
