Een Vodafone-klant heeft onterecht een bedrag van Eur 4,132 per week betaald aan Mobile Academy via Callfactory Safeclick, zonder zijn goedkeuring of kennisgeving. Deze kosten zijn doorgegaan tot eind april, terwijl de klant geen abonnement had aangevraagd en geen communicatie van Mobile Academy heeft ontvangen. De klacht is inmiddels opgelost.

Mijn Klacht:

I am a Vodafone customer (Mobile No. 0653605411 and Klantnummer 365204484/00001. Since 3 March 2014, I am being charged Eur 4.132 per week by Mobile Academy (thru payinfo.nl and CallFactorySafeClick) without my approval or knowledge. This continued till the end of April. In my monthly bill that I received from Vodafone, I am being charged Eur 20.66 for the bill month of March and an equal amount is likely to be charged in the monthly bill of April. This may be resolved as it has been charged for Mobile Academy though I had not applied for any subscription of mobile academy whatsoever. I also didn’t receive any SMS or text messages from Mobile Academy while they charged me.

Dear goelrk,

We have seen that you are dissatisfied with the payments made by Callfactory, Safeklick.
Safeklick is a payment method that allows consumers to rely on their phone bill.
Safeklick has no influence on the actual services that are offered. Callfactory cannot process your complaint.
As a consumer , please contact your operator ( Vodafone , T -Mobile , etc. ) to request a breakdown of the services purchased.
Also at your disposal website https://www.payinfo.nl (use Internet Explorer ). By logging in , you can see for yourself the purchased services and terminate these services if desired, which are linked to your mobile number.

As stated in our previous comments on this site Safeklick has no impact on the services offered.
In addition, the legal (privacy laws) for Callfactory Safeklick, it is not permitted to provide information to consumers on usage history.
The only legally permissible procedure in such situations is that you contact your operator.
The operator should accept your complaint, your operator will request information (logs) at Callfactory to retrieve all the data concerning use of this service.
Callfactory Safeklick is obliged to grant operator full cooperation
Callfactory Safeklick will send your operator all available information so that it can be shared with you. It is up to your operator to determine if the information will be share with you and/ if a refund is possible.
