Mijn Klacht:

Caiway promissed switch my internet from KPN at 24/09. But they cancelled my current subscription of KPN and planned to install their glass fiber on my new address from 24/09, which means that I will be without internet for entirely September!! BUT I NEED INTERNET TO WORK!!!
The accord on phne it was keep my subscription with KPN till 24/09, then make the transition smothly.

Dear Sir, Madam,

Thank you for your message. We took the order directly to check the status. It appears that yesterday (24 August 2021) you had telephone contact with our colleague, where you indicated that you wanted to cancel the subscription. We hereby that the subscription for the 'Internet en Televisie Voordelig' subscription has been cancelled.

The transfer from KPN to Caiway was requested, therefore we advise you to contact KPN to check whether the subscription remains active.

The point is, I scheduled to transfer my KPN to a new address in 27/08.
Caiway PROMISSED me that the installation of their internet WOULD NOT AFFECT my transfer of KPN; reason why I choose to start Caiway at 24/09.
However, the guy cancelled my transfer address of KPN and I CAN NOT REVERSE, which means that from 27/08 my subscription of KPN is cancelled.
Now, to have internet again with KPN I had to start a new contract which will be available only in 06/09.
All this information I had double check with the attending, it is recorded on audio.
Please, I need internet to work at home on week 35 (30/08 - 04/09), until my new installation start.
