1. the holder of the imac is not working.
2. left corner of screen got also breaking.
3. Middle of screen got a scratch.
Please kindly fix the issue on the imac

Dear Sir, Madam,
How unfortunate you had another expectation of the iMac. As the law states, when buying in a bankruptcy auction, consumer’s expectations should be lower than usual. BVA Auctions does not know anything about the technical state and history of the products. In the description it is mentioned that there is a scratch on the left side of the screen and that the screen is loose. This does not mean that the rest of the screen will be flawless.
Of course, the item should do what it is meant to do. Since the iMac is working properly, I can not offer you a solution of any kind.

Actually, the holder of Imac is also not holding up the screen.
The Imac is not working properly due to the stander is defect and left side screen is broken which is not reflected in the photo on the bidding site.
