Mijn Klacht:
I paid 117 EUR to make a reservation change. After a couple of days I get a message saying that the airline changed my flight schedule, I call the airline and they say BudgetAir never paid for the schedule so they had to return it back. They said they just created a booking but never issued the ticket.
I have proof of the ation emails, payments, and also the emails that they never respond.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Costs for hosting, new flight ticket and/or refund
