Mijn Klacht:
I wrote emails about refunding or changing my flight details several times and never got a response. Even used the Messenger and this was 2 weeks ago, . I prefer tghey respond and resolve this issue. Or is it an imposter company. learned my lesson and as an international travelller will never use them again!

Gewenste Oplossing:
A change of my ticket dates, that they respond to my emails and better they give a call back ASAP
