Mijn Klacht:

Absolutely terrible customer service- KLM cancelled and then rebooked some flights – these were then automatically accepted by Budgetair on my behalf, despite there being a significant time difference in the ones we had booked vs the revised ones; resulting in me and my boyfriend being unable to travel on the new timings due to both work and personal commitments.
There is no possibility to contact them by telephone to arrange a solution, and they have just stopped replying to emails (they initially replied to only one email- the rest have been automated responses)
I have managed to arrange every other delayed flight I have had due to the current situation without a problem- whether it was a voucher or rebooking for a different time. Whilst of course accepting that this is a difficult situation for everyone, their complete lack of customer service, explanation and help is really disappointing.
I paid slightly more for these flights as the times I wanted weren’t available elsewhere, but after this experience and being almost 300EURO out of pocket, I would not recommend using this company to anyone; for any reason.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Initially, I would have been happy with a reschedule or a voucher, but after weeks of emailing without a response I would like a full refund as I do not want to have to deal with this company again.
