Volgende mail naar budgetair gestuurd (met persoonlijke informatie eruit gehaald voor deze site) die mijn klacht perfect omschrijft. Geen reactie gehad, nog steeds geen geld terug, ik weet niet meer wat verder te doen.

On the 5th of march 2020, between 14:00 and 15:00, I have booked a SAS flight (1 adult) from Bergen to Paris Charles de Gaulle (departure at 16:00 in Bergen, arrival at 20:55 in Paris), with a transfer in Copenhagen. On the 7th of march 2020 a sum of €218,05.- (including flight ticket and taxes of €215,05 and payment by VISA/Credit of €3.00) was subtracted from my bank account ( on the name of ). However, I never received either a booking number, or an e-ticket. If I now log in to my account, the booking is also not present. I think an error has occurred during the booking process, since the money has been subtracted and transferred, but I am not able to find the booking anywhere. I have tried to contact you multiple times before, but the responses are always about refunds of a successful booking, or ask for my booking number. I do not, as mentioned earlier, have either. I am asking for a refund of the money of an error in your system. I have added evidence of the booking after I finished it, my bank account transfers, where you can see the money has been subtracted, and my page without any bookings.

Wanneer ik mijn geld terug krijg, aangezien de boeking nooit geslaagd is, maar het geld wel afgeschreven is.
