We bought our kitchen in hope to get a nice quality kitchen. The problems started as soon as we gave our go-ahead with the kitchen. Suddenly the sales person was not available during weekends anymore, had to take off from work to come to see him and couple of times I had to ignore him and come anyway to find him having fun with his colleagues and when he saw me he said oh my appointment was cancelled so now I can help you ( While 15 min ago he said he was busy ). We had to do some colour changes to the kitchen which we were able to do after some discussions. Kitchen was first delayed due to changes we had to make to our house, and second time the installment was cancelled last minute due to engineer personal circumstances. All fine and good, it happens sometimes but they only offered us one poor dinner cheque to cover several people in household for several days, it was slap in the face. When I called customer service to complain and tried to find suitable solution I was met with “I will call you back” agents who delayed the solution until closing time on Friday despite me saying don’t procrastinate until closing time without a solution. One of the agents even said collect the food receipts and we will reimburse you. I asked for email ing what they said over the phone, never received an email. Another agent said oh you are getting 150 eur worth of dinner vouchers. Again I asked for email ation. Not only they haven’t emailed us but procrastinated their response until closing time. After they were closed they didn’t dare contact me but my very busy partner because it was convenient. Then they started to blame us because we couldn’t get off from work with 24 hr notice. And after that they disappeared. On Monday they called my partner who was very busy at work to push him to agree on new delivery date without any additional compensation. We received via post one tiny dinner check for one person!
Gewenste Oplossing:
When food expenses are covered for wveryone between Friday and Wednesday ( read: 6 days of food - receipts available upon request and additional compensation for the trouble - 400 eur
