I purchased a bathroom kitchen from Brugman, spending more than €20K with them. Our kitchen was finally installed after lots of hassle and issues and we have no clue when our bathroom will be completed after 7 weeks with no end in sight!
On the 2nd of April our old bathroom was totally removed. Now, 7 weeks later it is still not fully completed. We had one issue after another and the Brugman service delivery team have made it a nightmare. The biggest issue was the main cabinet being delivered broken. We were told a new one would be sent – and it was not – they instead sent a small part for the contractor to fix it !! Even though we paid for a new cabinet. While fixing it, the cabinet was broken even more and I was on the phone to Brugman 3 – 4 times per week on average being on hold 15mins and being transferred between multiple people with no result. We were told finally we would be sent a new cabinet but I have no idea if that is true. If I call back and speak to another person, they tell me something different. This week I have called Brugman twice and no one can what is going on with my order.
Another part of our bathroom will only be delivered in June for the shower – 10 WEEKS after our old bathroom was removed.
I have made tons of calls to Brugman, and e-mails and complaint reviews – the contractor also complained on our behalf. I have had no acknowledgment at all about our issues or a clear answer on when our bathroom will be completed. The service planning team at Brugman seem to find it impossible to plan or resolve anything at all.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be happy when;
When my new cabinet is delivered and installed.
When the walls are finished and completed with sealant
When the shower wall is completed.
