We recently went to Split and stayed at Hotel Rose from the 16th of July until the 20th of July.
We booked this hotel because of the location (close to the city centre) and because of all the promised facilities. These were also the reasons we agreed to spend some more money for the hotel. Upon arrival and during the stay we noticed that the following facilities (as promised on booking.com) were missing:
-coffee maker
-safety deposit box
-telephone
-fax
-hairdryer
-alarm clock
-iron
-bathrobe
-radio
-desk
-ironing facilities
-free toiletries (where there but had to ask for it)
-dvd player
-dressing room
-slippers
-private entrance
-wake-up service
-wardrobe or closet
-executive lounge access
-cleaning products
-clothes rack
-restaurant
-mini supermarket
-hair dressers
-bagage save
-welness/massages
-fitness
-personal trainer
-swimming pool with view
During the stay we also noticed the rooms weren’t cleaned. We didn’t get any new towels and/or toiletpaper. We had to ask the owners for new ones but it took a few days for is to get to speak to them because they were barely at the hotel.
Because of all this, we were very disappointed with our stay and hope to get some compensation and that the website will be updated for upcoming guests.

Een compensatie voor de faciliteiten waar wij voor hebben betaald maar allemaal niet van konden genieten
