Mijn Klacht:
Here I have booked an Hotel in Praag which advertises free parking on their banner as well as the website, also in the booking. After the booking I contacted the property but they say that the booking is done by a third-party supplier and not booking.com and free parking is not possible, parking costs are 30 euro per stay, which is not acceptable. Hereby I am completely cheated by booking.com, I was even not aware that there is a third-party supplier and not aware that the advertised features on the page are not available. The reservation cannot be cancelled nor changed. My reservation number is 536933443, please help me resolve this.
