Mijn Klacht:

This Bonarius company is impossible to work with. I made a request to fix pipes in my bathroom on 31st of May.

First they made an appointment on 9th of June. Someone came and just measured pipes. She said she will order new pipes and left.

Then they called me to make an appointment. New appointment was on the 18th of June. Plumbers came to my place and said that they have pipes of wrong size. They told me that the administration will call me and left.

After that nobody called me! I called them last week, they told me they’re busy and to wait. Today I called them again, and they again told me to wait. When I asked if there was any way to speed up because my ceiling’s parts started falling, she said wait a minute and first put me on hold, then just hung up the phone! What kind of company works like that?

It’s been a month already. My ceiling looks worse day by day, now it’s turning green and small pieces have started falling. I’m afraid that it can just fall or there will be fontain from hot water. On top of that it’s smelling bad.
