Mijn Klacht:
I called Bonarius to come fix my CV-ketel.
They sent a monteur, who told me that my CV-ketel was not compliant to their standard (it was installed on the balcony), and therefore he refused to service it.
Still, I received an invoice to pay for the visit. I obviously did not call them for a courtesy visit, but to have my CV-ketel fixed. They did not need to send a monteur to figure out that they would not service it. Asking for a picture or just asking a question about the location of my CV-ketel would have sufficed. In short their intake process is inadequate. Yet they charge their customer for their mistake.
