Mijn Klacht:
I unsubscribed in mid november and i recieved and email after a month that i need to pay for december as well to process the unsubscription. when I enquired about it they responded after 1 and a half months later saying that they are busy and and apologise for late response and aske me to pay till februrary to process the unsubscription. This is a customer service in its lowest form. It a harassment and a scam for keeping customer in a loop.
Gewenste Oplossing:
when this whole matter is resolved and I don't need to pay for the month they did not responded for the grievence.
