Een klant van Beter Bed heeft een klacht ingediend over de levering van een bed met een verkeerd hoofdbord. In september ontving hij een grijs hoofdbord in plaats van het bestelde Alpine White, en na een maand wachten werd opnieuw het verkeerde kleur geleverd. De klant merkt op dat het probleem eerder is voorgekomen en dat er geen verbetering lijkt te zijn in de afhandeling van de situatie.

Mijn Klacht:

Good afternoon,

I am writing concerning our order 11495210 (Beter Bed). When our bed from Beter Bed was delivered in September we got a wrongly delivered and mounted headboard. The color is wrong. Grey was delivered instead of Alpine White (which we ordered). Then we had to wait for 1 more month until October so that this headboard could be replaced. But in October we received the wrong colour again. I know that Beter Bed article number was correct on the package and that the number of Beter Bed supplier was wrong. But it was the second time the same situation happened. The first time it was the same issue with the wrong article number of a Beter Bed supplier. Means that no lesson was learned from that time… Later we get an email saying that Beter Bed will come to replace it again on November 6, 2019. But on November 6 we got an email saying that the headboard is delivered in the wrong colour again! THE 3d TIME!!!

Again we had to take a free day from work as we had an appointment with Beter Bed…. So many troubles with Beter Bed! We had to make many phone calls and to take multiple free days. It all costs money and causes troubles! It is absolutely not a serious approach….Every time we need to call Beter Bed to inform about these problems and waiting times very often take 1 hour (with 12 people infront of us waiting on the phone)…

Beter Bed says that in 2 days they will make an appointment again…For what? To wait for another month? And then to get a wrong delivery for the 4th time?????????????

Beter Bed is telling on the phone that they are not guilty and this is a mistake of their supplier. By this they are making their problem our problem because Beter Bed is our supplier (not the third party supplier)…Beter Bed needs to arrange a proper communication with their suppliers and not we…

Hopefully you can help to solve the situation, as we lost hope…

Gewenste Oplossing:

We want Beter Bed to replace the headboard to a correct one and to get a serious compensation in the form of money (return of some payment from the total purchase amount of the bed)
