Mijn Klacht:
I’ve ordered mattress on 4th of December to be delivered on 8th of December. There were no notification of delay, so I called on 9th of December. Then they said, there will be 1 week delay.
Also at that time, customer service told me, they will apply the updated price which was 25% discount on that day. I’ve got no refund of the difference. Also 1 week later (16 December) I haven’t received any mail about delivery or delay. I called customer service again and they told me that there will be delay again and they don’t have anything about discount in their system.
So, they don’t deliver on time, don’t notify about delays and promised discount price isn’t applied (they won’t bother to check phone recordings if they promised or not).
Gewenste Oplossing:
Checking the phone conversation about promised discount. Applying discount and fast delivery, which is already quite late than promised.
