Een klant heeft zijn vertrouwen in Beter Bed verloren vanwege slechte ervaringen met de klantenservice. Na het plaatsen van een bestelling voor een dekbed en kussen, dat met vertraging werd geleverd, ontving hij ook nog eens het verkeerde dekbed. Herhaalde pogingen om contact op te nemen met de klantenservice resulteerden in een verbroken lijn, wat de frustratie verder vergrootte.

Mijn Klacht:

I have lost all confidence that I ever had into a company as Beter Bed. Trust Pilot does advice to keep your review helpful and constructive. It is very hard to do so with a company and nightmare customer service that threat customers like they do. So i bought a duvet (€259,-) and a pillow (139,-) for my 3 year old son’s new bed. I did ordered it on 9 December 2021, with a expected delivery time of 16 December 2021. I received a correction of that delivery date after my order and that was 29 December. Everything was delivered eventually on 6th January. Or at least that was our hope. When opening the package we noticed that the wrong duvet was delivered. So i called their customer service on that day. My line was dropped 3 times automatically because it was too busy. The 4th time I was connected to a lady with a very bad connection, didn’t speak well Dutch and it did take 20 minutes to get to that point. She told me that i couldn’t ask for a change but i did had to send all back. Once done I would get a refund and i could try to order it again. I told the lady that the shipping information was referencing the duvet i did ordered, but in the box itself was a completely different one (much cheaper). She said that that was no problem as she would make a note of it. I did send all back on the 6th of January 2022, i did got a refund for my pillow on 13th January. I never got a refund for the rest. I did gave them time until the 26th January. I had called their customer service again and asked for my refund. She told me that it was on hold because i did send back a pivot that i didn’t ordered. I told her that i did send it back for that reason and that i did send back what was send to me. She would talk with that department. Nothing happened and i did called again on 28th January. The Customer service person did told me that the ticket was closed as she would re-open it again and escalate. Nothing happened. I called 1st February and started the same talk again. She told me that everything would be sorted and she would provide a refund for me on that day. Nothing happened. So i ordered something that i never got on 9th December, we are now in February and i do still have not got my €259,- refund. As Trustpilot has asked me to only explain what happened, leave out offensive words, keep the feedback honest, helpful and constructive i need to share my concerns. If a company behaves like this to customers, and this behavior is reported by many people (just google on it) then they do not deserve any busines from us. My advice, if you need something related, do not, i repeat do not shop beterbed. Worst experience ever!!! If they do not respond to this review i will start legal actions and send the costs to them.

Het retour storten van het bedrag dat men ons schuldig is.
